I should have changed the title. It should have been Constantly Stuck On You since I'm constantly stuck with Chase's story. Aww! Again!
It's not that I don't have any idea how to proceed. I have lots of ideas but I am uncertain which one to pick. I needed a perfect moment for Chase to give his most valued necklace to Ella. I wonder if I should add a love scene. But still, I am having doubts. There has to be a way for the manuscript to work with the absence of a love scene. But somehow, I felt it is necessary considering the emotions present in the manuscript. I am just hesitant to include a love scene. I am not sure why. I hope the answer will come to me soon or else, I'll be forever stuck with Chase.
I already have the teaser even before finishing the entire MS. This is somewhat extraordinary for me since I only write the teaser AFTER completing the manuscript. I guess Chase is really special in his own way. I just hope I'd be enlightened on how to finish his story soon.
I'd like to discuss my options on how to proceed:
Another minute in her arms and he would be completely lost. Deep inside, he can recognize this feeling and the emotions swirling inside him right now. But he is afraid. Afraid that his assumptions are wrong. Ella might just be lonely and confused. She might only see him as a temporary anchor at the moment while he sees her as a permanent fixture in his life. That's what he wanted. He wanted her. Forever if that word exist in reality.
This could be where I will insert the love scene if I finally decide to include it.
Hayz! I wish this would be easy. Whatever craziness had consumed me when I decided to write Chase's story? Ah, yes. Love. The ever famous L word. That is the only sane explanation I can find.
Wish me luck.
