I finished writing the first draft for RIMS this morning. I started at around 1 am and finished at around 10 am. I'm gonna let it sink in for a while before editing the manuscript. My target date of submission would be on Monday although it wouldn't be bad if I could send it before that date.
I'm not sure if I did the right thing though. I changed the concept altogether. I gave Brad a deeper background, more painful and more disturbing. He became someone with a calm exterior but inside is a turbulent sea of emotions and fears.
I'm gonna read it from the very beginning after a few days to see if the scenes are coherent and fitting for every chapter and for the entire manuscript.
Hopefully, I'll get all of this done by Monday so I can move on with my next MS, Born For Me. I hope RIMS would be another successful manuscript just like Meant To Be My Hero.
